I only knew Simon personally as a child; he was the middle child of my best friend Linda and her husband Dennis. I know how proud Linda and Dennis are of him: of all he achieved in his life and of how he dealt with all his health problems. He will live on in the memories of his parents, his wife, his siblings, wider family and all his friends.
